Рассматриваются вопросы патологической деструкции сосудистой стенки при ранних признаках атерогенного воспаления магистральных артерий в состоянии гиперлипидемии с позиций современных технологий локальной реконструкции сосуда. Показана роль молекулярных маркеров в развитии и прогрессировании атерогенного воспаления в интимной оболочке и подинтимном пространстве. Акцент ставится на современные генно-инженерные и биополимерные технологии реконструкции стенки сосудов, на значение адвентициального и параадвентициального слоев артерий в развитии атерогенного воспаления, формирование эффекта терапевтического ангиогенеза при использовании современных методов биоинженерии адвентиции.
