Journal "Sovremennye tehnologii v medicine" ["Modern Technologies in Medicine"] has been published since 2009 by Privolzhsky Research Medical University (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia), Editor-in-Chief is N.N. Karyakin, MD, DSc.
The journal aims to reflect current scientific advances in cellular and molecular biology, biotechnology, engineering sciences, artificial intelligence, and clinical medicine, focused on the development, evaluation, and implementation of innovative biomedical technologies.
The scope is to provide information communication between fundamental research in new medical technologies and practical medicine.
"Sovremennye tehnologii v medicine" ["Modern Technologies in Medicine"] is a peer-reviewed scientific and practical journal that publishes the results of comprehensive experimental and clinical studies, including original technologies and methods aimed at elucidating the mechanisms of biological and pathological processes, as well as review articles on recent advances in fundamental research in physics, chemistry, and biology with relevance to biomedicine.
Manuscripts are assessed by two reviewers among whom there are scientists of Privolzhsky Research Medical University and other medical institutions of Russian cities. Peer review is double blind.
