An experience of the videoconference organization for educative and scientific aims with a Nizhny Novgorod regional telemedical center participation, working on a base of the N.A. Semashko Nizhny Novgorod regional clinical hospital, is regarded.
A scientific videoconference is regarded as a complex telemedical service, including such elementary services as videolectures, teleconsultations, translation of demonstrative operations, educational videofilms, round tables and discussions.
The principles of telemedical center, organizing the information interaction during preparation and conduction of scientific videoconferences, interaction, the typical problems are analyzed; the elements of technical scenarios, economical aspects are regarded.
