The variants of the chronic glomerulonephritis steroid therapy gastroenterological complications in children are demonstrated at an example of the two clinical observations. A disparity between a pathologic process gravity in the upper departments of gastrointestinal tract and clinical manifestations of the given disease attracts attention. A positive effect of the erosive and ulcerous lesion modern therapy with a use of preparations — proton pump inhibitors is revealed.
