A classification of neurological disturbances at HIV-infection is regarded. The peculiarities of the acute inflammatory demyelinizating polyneuropathy, brain lymphoma, progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, HIV-encephalopathy, brain abscess flow in the HIV-infected patients are analyzed on a basis of the personal observations (17 patients). A necessity of the patient obligatory examination to HIV at a different neurological pathology is demonstrated.
