The first experience of the infrared thermometer use for assessment of a pancreatic infiltrate evolution is presented. It is demonstrated, that the local temperature value alteration reflects a development and transformation of inflammatory process in a pancreatic infiltrate zone according to results of examination and dynamic observation of 20 patients with an acute pancreatitis.
