There have been studied the use efficiency of three cryomedia — glucose-yolk-citrate (GYC), Spermacare and Upgraded B2 INRA medium as the basis of cryopreservative for human sperm cells and the two methods of sperm cells freezing with slow and ultrafast speed of cooling. There has been obtained significantly high percentage of oocyte fertilization and embryogenesis using GYC and Upgraded B2 INRA medium combined with ultrafast speeds of sperm samples cooling.
