There was presented the case of complex treatment of cystoarterial fistula of pancreas. At the first stage there was performed embolization of splenic artery changed by aneurysm (the aneurysm was connected with the cavity of pancreatic cyst). The pain syndrome persisting, cystojejunostomy was carried out at the second stage.
