There is presented a case of treatment of disseminated tumour of pelvic organs. The degree of prostatic involvement was diagnosed by a new technique of diagnostic ultrasound — sonoelastography that enabled to perform radical cystprostatectomy with sigmoid and rectum resection, with a Mainz–Pouch III reservoir formation.
